NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man on trial for making a bomb threat against a Nashville school was arrested again this week after allegedly making another bomb threat at the same school.
Stephen Robertson, 31, was arrested for the second time in 2022 on Friday.
A concerned citizen contacted Metro Police after seeing Robertson’s social media posts referencing the Tom Joy Head Start bomb on Lischey Street in East Nashville. When questioned by police, Robertson reportedly admitted to making the posts.
He faces multiple charges, including threats of mass violence against a school, false emergency reporting, and being a fugitive from justice in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, where he was wanted for failure to appear. appears to be a case of destruction.
In late May, Robertson reportedly called in a bomb threat at the same school. Through investigations, detectives were able to recover his phone.
For example, Tom Joy Head Start has been put on hold twice. The threat came shortly after a mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.

At the time, Robertson was being held on a $35,000 bond. Now, after being arrested, the suspect is being held on a $135,000 bond.
